Reflecting on a great trip...

So it's nearly time to head back to Blighty, but there's just enough time to hit the white stuff one more time before heading back across the Atlantic :)

Proper grafitti

Lower Downtown Denver is full of character and original features which appear not only as architecture, but also the beautiful old 'painted on' original adverts and signage that adorn these historic buildings.

Livin' the high life

So we've been a bit slack at updating the blog recently, but here are a few posts of things we've been up to since our last posts :)

Fresh white powder

First trip of the year to Vail provided perfect conditions.... 6 inches of fresh powder and bluebird skies :)

Simply beautiful

If this was in the UK it might be mistaken for Banksy's latest offering. Actually, it's a parking sign in one of Denver's public car parks. Beautiful.

APC, it's easy as 1,2,3...

Whilst obviously enjoying our time in the good ol' US of A, we're still winning commissions for new work. The Adventure Podcasting Corporation is a newly launched website focusing on the great outdoors and all it has to offer. From snowboarding to mountain biking, the APC is aimed at anyone and everyone, whether beginner or experienced, who's passionate about what thrills and spills nature can provide. We were commissioned to create their new brand, and we kinda like it... check out the site here.

Boulder

A visit to the student town of Boulder yesterday afternoon made me envious of just how different the University lifestyle is over here. The town is nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountains, around 30 minutes drive from Denver, and was being bathed in sunshine and clear blue skies throughout the day. Proper Summers and proper Winters...... If only I'd have known all those years ago!

Sun & Snow in Colorado

We've taken time out this month to visit our friends over in Denver, Colorado. It's becoming an annual thing at this time of year, and allows us to indulge our passion for a spot of snowboarding. We love it, and are very grateful to Andy, Cara, Ingy and Ruby for their warm hospitality once again.
